Futuristic Manufacturing. Today.
Large format production in hours, not days.
Our Massivit 10000-G large format printer can produce individual parts up to 6 feet in size. It prints using engineering-grade materials for finished components and employs high-speed rapid prototyping gels for proof of concept models. Even more impressive is its ability to deposit epoxy during the print process, enabling the rapid production of manufacturing tools. This feature allows you to scale faster and more cost-effectively.
Immediately Cured.
The powerful built-in UV lights on the print head cure the gel immediately. This reduces the need for support structures, decreasing print time and cost. Additionally, we can print horizontally without supports, allowing us to close lids of hollow structures without compromising their integrity. This capability is especially useful for components that require hollow structures for functional applications.
Print. Cast. Dissolve.
Printing with a water-soluble, sacrificial material allows us to create casts rapidly. During the print process, the casting head deposits a fast-curing epoxy into the print. Once the print is finished and cured, simply bathe the tool in plain water and watch the casting material flake away, leaving behind the epoxy tool. This tool can then be post-processed and is ready for cost-effective mass manufacturing of your parts.
